Cosmetic Injector & Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (current certifications from both AANP & ANCC.
Masters of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner; Graduate of the University of Colorado-2012.
Post Masters Certificate in Adult Gerontology/Acute Care, UC-Anschutz Medical Campus – 2015.
She then went on to complete an additional 100 hours of Advanced Hormone Management training with The Academy for Preventive and Innovative Medicine.
Nurse Practitioner assignments have included areas of Family Practice, Gerontology, Interventional Radiology, Corrections, and Acute Care. Registered Nursing roles included Cardiac Telemetry, Varicose Vein Outpatient Surgery, and Aesthetics. She was first introduced to cosmetic injecting & laser therapy in 2010 and became certified in Botox, fillers, and laser therapy.

Candi is passionate about helping patients feel their best, inside and out; with an emphasis on patient education and fostering patient-centered relationships to help patients achieve their wellness goals. She believes that many of the limitations we perceive to be keeping us from our goals are self-imposed and with thoughtful partnering and guidance she can help her patients reach their best version of themselves. She believes that “everything in life is a practice” and that sometimes we all need a little help knowing what to practice.
She advocates for whole human wellness through nutrition & lifestyle consulting and hormone optimization through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Patients will have the opportunity to learn about good skin care habits and how the use of prescription skin care products, microneedling & cosmetic injectables can help them attain their aesthetic desires.
When she is not working with her patients you can find her with her husband and her dogs enjoying the mountains. She loves hiking, fishing, camping, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, and all things outdoors.
Say hello to Dr. Condon! She is coming alongside the transcend team to add another level of expertise! Dr. Condon has long been intrigued by the many different treatments that can be accomplished with lasers. The aesthetic portion is a unique area to expand her skills and allow her to help people look their best. Dr Condon belongs to the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Colorado Optometric Association (COA) She previously served on the COA board and as a key person in a grassroots effort to expand the scope of optometry. Dr. Condon and her husband enjoy golf, hiking, wine tasting and exploring the area.
Say hello to one of our laser specialists, pellet proceduralists, and IV therapy nurses! Jessica Carlson graduated in May 2022 with her AAS in Nursing from CMU. She had previously worked in education for 15 years before going back to nursing school. She also holds a BA in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health and Wellness. She has worked Telemetry, ICU and is now in the Emergency Department at Delta Health. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She has been married to her husband, Derek, for 26 years and they have three children (Elias, Abby and Jillian) who are all serving in the United States Military. At Transcend Beauty and Wellness, Nurse Jess assists with in-office procedures and performs laser and microneedling services. She plans to continue her medical cosmetics education and complete expert Botox training this fall.
Meet our amazing Nurse, Nicole Gessell! One of our laser experts, IV therapy nurse, pellet proceduralist and coming soon Botox extraordinaire! Nicole is an Registered Nurse who's spent most of her career in the Emergency department. She loves the outdoors and is a Colorado born native. She has three grown children whom she deems as her greatest accomplishment. She believes that beauty is a combination of mindset, personality, and confidence. She is excited to be a part of your journey through enhancing your natural beauty and build confidence so you can take on whatever life throws your way.
Meet Tyra Jaramillo, our incredible Care Coordinator! If you've called or met Tyra in person, you know exactly what we mean: her infectious smile and sweet demeanor instantly make our patients feel welcome and calm. She keeps our front desk running smoothly and is the backbone for our team and our patients. She's a true gem! An animal lover and outdoors enthusiast, she is a woman after our own Colorado heart!

We also offer self pay discounts for patients.
